Although the RTX 3050 Ti in the laptop we evaluated isn’t the most powerful discrete GPU you’re likely to find, it’s still strong enough that you need to consider how you’re going to cool it, and active cooling may significantly increase a device’s thickness. It’s quite an accomplishment that the XPS 15 can fit everything into a chassis that is just under 3/4ths of an inch thick.

The XPS series laptops are known for its characteristic carbon fiber palm rests, which make typing on them a pleasure. In the multi-core test of Cine Bench R23, the XPS 15 performed even better, easily outperforming the ZenBook 14X OLED Space Edition, 13,500 to 11,509. Additionally, the XPS 15 did remarkably well in our 3DMark assessments because to its separate GPU.
